    Recently, Jwell Industrial Park welcomed a group of vibrant newcomers—a cohort of enthusiastic new employees from various Jwell classes and other institutions, each carrying dreams and brimming with energy. With a thirst for knowledge and aspirations for the future, they have transitioned from campus life into the workforce, becoming indispensable members of our Jwell family.


    01 Welcome Message


    At the welcome meeting, Zhou Fei, General Manager of Jwell Machinery's Changzhou plant, delivered an enthusiastic speech to the new employees. He first extended a warm welcome to each new member and offered earnest expectations and growth advice to this group of workplace newcomers: Maintain an open-minded attitude, proactively embrace new knowledge and skills, humbly seek practical guidance from colleagues while focusing on enhancing professional expertise and comprehensive capabilities; In your work, dare to explore and embrace trial and error.     02 Pre-employment Training


    To help new employees quickly adapt to the work environment, the company has specially organized a comprehensive training program. The HR department provided a detailed overview of the company's organizational structure and regulations. New employees were encouraged to adjust their mindset, transition swiftly from student to employee roles, integrate into the company's work and social environment, and continuously cultivate their capacity for lifelong learning, stress resilience, self-expression, communication, and interpersonal skills. They were also guided to develop career plans based on their academic backgrounds and strengths, clarifying the direction for their professional growth. Following this, experienced trainers delivered sessions covering essential safety protocols for electrical usage, equipment operation, and mechanical/electrical assembly. Through vivid case studies and hands-on exercises, new hires gained a profound understanding of workplace safety importance. Additionally, specialized technical training ensured every new employee mastered required skills and knowledge, achieving competency in all necessary areas.

    03 Mentor-Mentee Pairing

    The “mentor-apprentice pairing” program is primarily designed to help new employees adapt to their roles more quickly and enhance their skills. The company specifically assigns an experienced mentor to each new hire. The mentors solemnly accepted this responsibility, pledging to impart their knowledge generously and support their apprentices' growth. The apprentices, in turn, expressed their determination to learn with humility and strive for progress. This tradition not only facilitates the transfer of knowledge and skills but also strengthens emotional bonds among employees, fostering a harmonious and collaborative work environment.
