One innovative environmentally friendly material utilized for automotive gauge panels and interior decor is the TPU/ABS composite plate. In order to prevent the final product from releasing formaldehyde or causing internal air pollution, it uses a multimodal process to create a TPU coat on ABS rather than glue coating. Plates range in width from 1200 to 2000 mm and in thickness from 1 to 8 mm.
