The reinforced fiber composite production line, designed by Jwell Extruder Company, employs an automated system for the continuous unwinding of multiple spindle groups, one-step prepreg and drying molding, online yarn distribution and adjustment, and online automatic composite release paper and other functional materials. The entire production line is fitted with a PLC control system from a renowned international brand, high-quality drive components, energy-efficient drying equipment, and automatic winding and unwinding mechanisms, ensuring the stable and high-speed production of products. The specifications of the products can be tailored to the customer's requirements, offering a viable alternative to similar imported production lines.
Continuous fiber reinforced composites are produced using reinforced fiber materials such as glass fiber (GF), carbon fiber (CF), aramid fiber (AF), ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber (UHMW-PE), and basalt fiber (BF). Through a specialized process, high-strength continuous fiber is saturated with thermoplastic and thermosetting resin, and then shaped through extrusion, drafting, and other processes to create recyclable new thermoplastic composites. The commonly used resin matrix includes PET, ABS, PP, PC, PA, PPS, POM, and other thermoplastic materials.
These products find applications in various sectors including aerospace, shipbuilding, automobile lightweight, electronics, wind power, construction, medical treatment, sports, and leisure.
