PP Hollow Building Formwork Double Out Extrusion Line:
This is a new product introduced by Jwell, developed through continuous innovation and verification based on the traditional 915mm single production line. This PP hollow sheet extrusion line meets the demands for high production and low energy consumption while ensuring top product quality.
PC, PP, PE Plastic Hollow Cross Section Plate Extrusion Line:
Primarily used in packaging and construction, this line offers high production efficiency. It allows for combined production of different raw materials and recycled materials as per customer requirements, enabling cost savings.
PP Honeycomb Board Extrusion Line:
This line produces a three-layer sandwich plate with a thin surface layer on both sides and a honeycomb structure in the middle, all in one extrusion process. The honeycomb structure can be single-layered based on its design.

Additionally, there are PC and PP hollow grid plate production lines: These have been successfully implemented in countries like Turkey and Iran. The PC and PP hollow grid sheet extrusion lines offer high output, competitive pricing, easy operation, and convenient maintenance.
Lastly, there's the PP honeycomb panel production line: This line produces a three-layer sandwich plate in a single extrusion process. The equipment in this production line is highly precise. Plastic hollow boards, made primarily from PP, PE, or PC, are extruded plastic sheets. They possess several properties that give them an edge over paperboard, wood board, and aluminum plates, making them suitable substitutes in various applications.
PP Hollow Building Formwork Double Out Extrusion Line: This is used in construction as an alternative to traditional wood boards. It boasts a higher recycling rate and can be reused approximately 50 times.
PC, PP, PE Plastic Hollow Cross Section Plate Extrusion Line: The PP hollow grid plate, due to its lightweight, high strength, moisture resistance, excellent environmental performance, and secondary processing capabilities, can be transformed into turnover boxes and packing boxes. The PC sunshine plate, produced from the PC roofing extrusion line, can be utilized in the daylighting roofs of office buildings, halls, shopping malls, stadiums, and public facilities, as well as canopies for stations, parking lots, pavilions, and lounges.
