Ionic film SGP has a bearing capacity that is twice that of PVB laminated glass, a shear mode that is more than fifty times greater than PVB, and a rip strength that is five times greater than PVB. SGP laminated glass bends just 1/4 as much as PVB laminated glass under the same load and thickness. The performance of laminated glass made using SGP film is better than that of laminated glass made with PVB.

EVA is the primary raw material used to make EVA film, which is then fully combined, heated by production and processing machinery, cast, and extruded. The cured EVA possesses flexibility and is resistant to changes in the atmosphere. It can increase the transmittance of the glass after bonding with it, contribute to increasing the transmittance, and increase the output of the solar cell module. As a result, it is the perfect material for packaging glass and solar cell modules.

PVB/SGP resin and plasticizer combine to form PVB/SGP/EVA film, a thermoplastic. Interlayering building glass, automotive glass, solar photovoltaic glass, bulletproof glass, soundproof glass, etc. is a common application for it. For more than 70 years, construction wall glass has been made with this high-safety, soundproof, ultraviolet-proof, multicolored, and ultra-transparent material. Additionally, it has solar photovoltaic and optical application value.
The end product will have a thickness of 0.38–1.52 mm and a width of 500–3400 mm. There are two types of production methods: roller forming and water cooling forming. Transparent, color strip, and full color film are optional.
Automobile window glass, ceiling glass, structural glass buildings, glass plank roads, high-rise outside walls, glass curtain walls, etc. are all common applications for PVB and SGP film.
