Additionally, we constantly aim for a surface roughness tolerance as low as Ra0.005um. LED panels, electronics, thin-film switches for electric appliances, and high-end consumer goods like PC monitors and mobile phone screens are all made using optics-grade products.
● The roller's surface roughness level can achieve Ra0.005-0.01μm.
● The roller can achieve a cylindricity and cocentricity of ≤0.005mm.
● Using a unique roller structure design, the roller's stiffness is increased and its surface temperature variation is reduced.
