PE insulation pipes, also known as PE outer protection pipes, jacket pipes, or sleeve pipes, are typically used for thermal insulation. These pipes consist of a steel pipe as the inner layer, a middle layer filled with polyurethane rigid foam as the insulation material, and a HDPE outer protective layer. Polyurethane directly buried thermal insulation pipes are known for their excellent mechanical and thermal insulation properties, offering good impact resistance. They can withstand temperatures between 120-180°C, making them ideal for both high and low-temperature pipeline insulation.
These pipes are commonly used in indoor and outdoor pipelines, central heating systems, air conditioning pipes, chemical and pharmaceutical industrial pipelines, cold engineering, and oil pipeline projects. The PE insulation pipe extrusion line features a specially designed PE insulation pipe mold, ensuring stable extrusion pressure, uniform pipe wall thickness, faster extrusion speeds, enhanced blow molding output, improved surface quality, and high automation levels.
Extruder: The production line uses a newly designed, high-efficiency single-screw extruder, motor-driven and controlled by Siemens PLC, ensuring stable and reliable equipment operation. The host temperature control system, composed of Siemens PLC and expansion modules, allows for precise temperature control with an accuracy of ±0.5°C.
Mold: The mold is built with a spiral structure and high-quality alloy steel forging. Electric heating is used for the core temperature control, providing high precision. The heating rings are distributed over a wider area, with controllable temperature adjustments for each zone.
Vacuum Tank: The vacuum setting tank is modular, with stainless steel flanges and quick-change nozzle joints for easy cleaning and maintenance, overcoming common issues with fixed installations.
Haul-off Machine: The caterpillar-type haul-off machine ensures easy operation, minimal pipe waste, and stable traction during operation.
Cutting Machine: The feed arm of the cutting machine is made of a strong, durable steel structure, ensuring long-lasting performance.

The produced pipes are non-toxic, tasteless, non-corrosive, resistant to aging, and weatherproof.
