The silicon core pipe extrusion line uses high-density polyethylene as the base material. The inner layer of the pipe is coated with a solid silica gel lubricant, which offers a low friction coefficient, ensuring a smooth interior surface. This feature reduces resistance for gas-blown cable transmission and minimizes construction costs. The pipes are designed with varying sizes and colors, enclosed in an external casing as per customer specifications. These pipes are primarily used in optical cable communication networks, such as those found in freeway and railway systems.
The production line is capable of manufacturing multiple base pipes simultaneously, offering high-speed unwinding and efficient, uniform outer casing application. The system is controlled by a computer for synchronous traction, cutting, and coiling of finished products, ensuring high production speeds and operational efficiency.
