PP Hollow Building Formwork Double Out Extrusion Line: This is a new product from Jwell, developed through continuous innovation and verification based on the traditional 915mm single production line. This PP hollow sheet extrusion line meets the demands for large-scale production and low energy consumption while ensuring top product quality.
PC, PP, PE Plastic Hollow Cross Section Plate Extrusion Line: Primarily used in packaging and construction, this line offers high production efficiency. It can produce combined products from different raw materials and recycled materials as per customer requirements, thereby saving costs.
PP Honeycomb Board Extrusion Line: This line produces a three-layer sandwich plate in one extrusion, featuring thin surface layers on both sides and a honeycomb structure in the middle. Depending on the honeycomb structure, it can produce single-layer or double-layer plates.

The enhanced PP hollow building template production line includes: A three-layer coextrusion production line, a three-layer composite distributor, a multi-layer lattice mold, a three-level setting plate, a combined tractor, and an automatic fixed-length cutting machine. This technology is mature with many successful cases, and it holds a significant market share.
Jwell also offers PC and PP hollow grid plate production lines: These have been successfully implemented in countries like Turkey and Iran. The PC and PP hollow grid sheet extrusion lines offer high output, competitive pricing, easy operation, and convenient maintenance.
Additionally, Jwell provides a PP honeycomb panel production line: This line produces a three-layer sandwich plate in a single extrusion process. The equipment processing accuracy of this production line is very high. Jwell operates its own parts processing workshop, leveraging mature technology and extensive experience. Plastic hollow boards, made primarily from PP, PE, or PC, are extruded plastic boards. They offer several advantages over paperboard, wood board, and aluminum plates, making them suitable substitutes in various applications.
This is used in construction as a replacement for traditional wood boards. It has a higher recycling rate and can be reused approximately 50 times.
PC, PP, PE Plastic Hollow Cross Section Plate Extrusion Line:
The PP hollow grid plate, due to its lightweight, high strength, moisture resistance, environmental friendliness, and secondary processing capabilities, can be transformed into turnover boxes and packing boxes. The PC sunshine plate from the PC roofing extrusion line can be used for daylighting roofs in office buildings, halls, shopping malls, stadiums, and public facilities, as well as canopies for stations, parking lots, pavilions, lounge corridors, and sound insulation barriers for highways and urban viaducts.
It is used for various interior parts of passenger cars, such as the luggage compartment cover, partition, carpet base plate, side wall trim panel, and ceiling.
It is also used to create high-strength packing boxes.
