This extrusion line is primarily designed for the production of urban drainage and sewage systems. The vertical series HDPE double-wall corrugated pipe extrusion line is engineered with advanced technology, offering high output, stable extrusion, and high automation levels. The extruder can be customized based on the customer's raw materials. The line uses a new high-efficiency single-screw extruder for HDPE, which ensures high precision and accurate performance. Modules are interchangeable and can be cooled by water or air. The system also includes online flaring for optimal pipe performance. The circular double-knife cutting machine ensures excellent cutting accuracy. The entire production line is controlled by a SIEMENS PLC system with advanced self-control capabilities.
Our large-diameter single-wall and double-wall corrugated pipe production lines offer full automation and stable, high-capacity operation. For HDPE/PP materials, the line uses a high-efficiency single-screw extruder. For PVC materials, a conical twin-screw extruder or parallel twin-screw extruder is used. The horizontal-type corrugator features an advanced shuttle-type structure with a closed water-cooling system and online belling. The entire extrusion line is controlled by a PLC computer system.
The mini high-speed single-wall corrugated pipe machine is designed to produce single-wall corrugated pipes in two or three diameters with the same mold blocks, reducing mold costs, machine prices, and changeover times while increasing efficiency. A new corrugated pipe extrusion line for ventilation systems offers precise front-back adjustment, customized for air ventilation pipes with a specially designed mold. Additionally, a vertical water-cooling corrugator ensures accurate mold block positioning and easy mold changes.
