Description:
A foaming sheet extrusion line transforms XPE sheet into a foaming sheet. For XPE, we have a horizontal foaming sheet extrusion line; for IXPE, we have a vertical foaming sheet extrusion line. Our foaming oven machine uses the most recent improved furnace, which is divided into three sections: the preheating stage, the coil stage, and the furnace's overall length of 23 meters, a high ceiling of 5.5 meters, and a width of 3.5 meters. It is equipped with a high-precision burner of an imported brand that guarantees precise temperature control and can produce XPE, IXPE, rubber, and foam products.
The entire procedure is intricate and requires a lot of machinery and operation. Energy-saving, high output, consistent heating, minimal heat loss, huge capacity, low energy consumption, and easy operation are all benefits of our foaming machine.
