In order to achieve good optical performance in both extrusion and even melting and stabilization plates, PC and PMMA optical plate extrusion lines are integrated with cutting-edge technology based on the rheological characteristics of raw materials and precise melt pump systems. In addition to being lightweight for handling and installation, it has exceptional hot forming performance and can be directly cold bent.
PC+PMMA Co-Extrusion Sheet Production Line:
The PC+PMMA composite sheet combines the high impact strength and bending resistance of PC material with the good hardness and wear resistance of PMMA material through co-extrusion, improving the sheet's overall toughness. The composite board has strong printability, a high gloss, and high resolution. It can get a good streamer sparkling glass effect after texture fabrication. This kind of sheet can be used to replace the glass for the touch window and back cover of a 5G mobile phone once it has hardened, considerably improving fall resistance and preventing signal shielding.
Light Guide Panel (LGP) Extrusion Line:
PMMA/GPPS/MS light guide plate, including liquid crystal light guide plate, which is utilized for LCD components of monitors, TVs, cell phones, Pads, and other devices, may be processed using the JWELL company's light guide plastic plate extrusion line.
Diffuser Sheet Extrusion Line:
PMMA/GPPS/MS/PC diffusion plates, including functional diffusion plates (composite type, foaming type), can be produced using the JWELL company's diffusion plate extrusion line. Mobile phones, PADS, TVS, monitors, and other LCD components can all be utilized with LCD diffusion plates.
