The PVC Medical Plastic Pipe Extrusion Line is designed for producing high-quality medical-grade plastic pipes. The extrusion system is equipped with Siemens man-machine interfaces and Siemens computer-controlled operation systems, along with maintenance-free motors (Germany) and direct-drive decelerators, ensuring high efficiency and minimizing transmission errors commonly found in belt-driven systems. The design also minimizes dust, grease, dirt, and noise during the manufacturing process.
Cooling Bath: Made from imported SUS304 stainless steel with a fully enclosed glass structure, the cooling system uses special medical-grade deionized water. The low vacuum molding system guarantees precision and roundness, while the air-annulus drying system ensures the cooling water is recycled and prevents splashing.
Diameter Gauge: The biaxial diameter gauge utilizes a high-velocity laser light source and Japan TOSHIBA high-precision CCD technology. This non-contact, real-time measurement system ensures precise pipe dimensions with a tolerance of ±0.003mm.
Haul-off Unit: This unit consists of belts from Switzerland and a servo motor and controller from Japan MITSUBISHI. It also includes a turbining and worm decelerator from Germany. This setup ensures stable operation with high precision, no slippage, and minimal noise.
Cutting Unit: The cutting system is equipped with a low-inertia aluminum alloy rotatable knife arm and a special cutting knife pouch for smooth cuts. It is driven by a servo motor and controlled by PLC programming from Japan MITSUBISHI. The Siemens man-machine interface allows for precise length settings, and cutting cycles are automatically tracked.
Speed Synchronization: Both the extruder and haul-off unit feature closed-loop servo motors, allowing the hauling speed to adjust according to the extruder speed. This ensures precise synchronization across the entire line, preventing diameter fluctuations caused by environmental factors, and maintaining product accuracy within ±0.03mm.
