The 5 Ltr Blow Moulding Machine is designed to produce 1-5L different sizes of gear oil bottles, lubrication oil bottles, cooling water tanks, and more.
It offers optional features such as multi-layer co-extrusion and a view strip line system.
Based on the product size, the 5 ltr plastic blow moulding machine can select different cavities of the die head.
Depending on the materials used, there's an option for the JW-DB single station hydraulic screen-exchanger system.
In line with customer's needs, Jwell, a plastic extrusion factory in China, offers optional features such as auto-deflashing online, scrap conveying online, and finished product conveying online.

The machine features a SIEMENS human-machine interface, which provides a visual display for easy setting, searching, changing, and storing of parameters. The control system has self-diagnostic capabilities, allowing malfunctions to be displayed on the screen. The B&R Austria human-machine interface and parison programmer can adjust up to 300 points. The parison control system uses a MOOG 100 points parison programmer and a specially designed separate hydraulic power package to control the cylinder’s movement, ensuring high precision.
The blowpin system includes an up-blowing unit, which is used for the JWZ-BM Continuous type Blow Molding Machine. The electrical system comprises a SIEMENS CPU unit, a SIEMENS temperature-control unit, a SIEMENS digital-output unit, a SIEMENS analog-output unit, a MITSUBISHI CPU unit, an ABB inverter for speed control, and Schneider electric components.
