The BCF Spinning Machine utilizes PA6, PET, and PP as raw materials, employing a one-step process of spinning, drafting, and deformation to produce BCF yarn. Recycled PP materials can be incorporated to reduce costs, while PET can be made from 100% recycled bottle flakes.
PP fiber is one of the most promising synthetic fibers, ranking as the second-largest in production. Polypropylene is used to create various products, including staple fiber, filament, non-woven materials, tobacco tow, and bulk continuous filament.
BCF (bulky continuous filament) is produced using a filament extruder line. There are three main production methods:
One-step method: Continuous spinning, drawing, texturing, and winding in a single process.
Three-step method: Combines spinning and stretching, or combines yarn deformation with spinning and winding, followed by stretching and deformation.
Two-step method: Conventional spinning with individual bobbins of one color, followed by the combination of three different colored bobbins, which are stretched or deformed to create BCF.
