The Bottle Blow Manufacturing Machine is designed to produce 15-30L and 15-100L different sized jerrycans, open-top barrels, and other chemical packaging products.
The plastic blow molding machine features a continuous type die head and an up-blowing structure. This design facilitates automatic deflashing of products online, online scrap conveying, online leak testing of finished products, conveying, packing, etc. This not only reduces operational costs and the price of the plastic bottle manufacturing machine but also enhances production efficiency.
The machine for blowing plastic bottles employs a toggle type platen structure. This offers benefits such as uniform clamping, a large clamping force, and the ability to assemble large molds. It also simplifies the process of disassembling and assembling the mold.
The machine also offers optional features such as a double-layer co-extrusion system, a view strip line system, and a hydraulic servo control system.

The extruder in our machines utilizes a screw and barrel from the globally recognized brand, Jinhailuo. This offers benefits such as high output, smooth plasticization, durability, and longevity. The gearbox is specifically designed for plastic extrusion.
As plastic extrusion manufacturers, JWELL provides stable and diverse single-layer/multi-layer continuous/accumulating type die heads. The blowpin system includes a bottom-blowing unit, which is used for the JWZ-BM Accumulating type Blow Molding Machine. The output system features a take-out robot and a scrapping unit that collects, conveys, and crushes into one unit.
