Deceleration system: Jwell extrusion machinery utilizes specialized gearboxes. The transmission components are made from high-quality, super-high alloy carburized steel, and undergo carburizing, quenching, and gear grinding processes. Key parts receive additional surface strengthening treatment, with tooth surface strength at hrc54-62 and core hardness at hrc30-40. The gear is grade 6. The system is characterized by high speed, high torque, and low noise.
Feeding system: A double-screw with agitator quantitative feeding system is used, ensuring uniform and accurate feeding without any racking phenomenon.
Electrical control system: The system uses imported electrical components. The control panel features a human-machine interface. Each part of the equipment uses "module" control (which can also be configured according to user requirements). The multi-functional module has a clear structure and includes safety interlocking devices (such as lubrication loss-of-pressure protection, machine head pressure protection, over-current protection, etc.). This accurately reflects the equipment's operating conditions, providing accurate control, high sensitivity, and easy operation.
