The Fiberglass Reinforced PP-R (FR/PP-R) pipe is a high-performance pipe produced using advanced multi-layer co-extrusion technology at low temperatures and high speeds. This process is supported by specialized equipment developed by Jwell. The pipe features a unique structure, high automation, and user-friendly operation. The extruder screw is designed for high efficiency, offering excellent output, plasticization, and stability.
Fiberglass-reinforced PP-R pipes are primarily used for delivering drinking water and transporting both hot and cold water. In addition to retaining all the benefits of traditional PP-R pipes, these enhanced fiberglass pipes offer several advantages:
1. Reduced Expansion: The linear expansion coefficient is only 20-30% of that of standard PP-R pipes, effectively solving the expansion issues commonly seen with plastic pipes.
2. Enhanced Rigidity: The increased rigidity prevents sagging, reducing the number of required support points and lowering overall project costs.
3. Higher Pressure Tolerance: These pipes offer superior pressure resistance and a longer lifespan, even under typical tremor forces.
4. Better Temperature Resistance: With improved high-temperature resistance, FR/PP-R pipes can handle temperatures of 95-100°C in hot water systems. This reduces insulation material thickness and cuts comprehensive project costs.
5. Increased Water Flow: The internal diameter of the FR/PP-R pipe increases due to its enhanced rigidity, leading to a 20% increase in water flow at the same pressure level.
