HDPE plastic blow molding machine manufacturers utilize a storage head, high-efficiency screw, and bottom blowing structure. These machines can be equipped with automatic flash removal, online leak detection, weighing, and conveying systems, as well as online flash conveying systems to reduce labor costs and increase productivity.
The machines use a B&R automation parison programmer, which supports multi-task time-sharing operations and offers a high degree of automation. They also feature a 400-point wall thickness control system, ATOS servo valve, and precise parison thickness control.
The mold-moving frame uses a tie-bar-less structure, offering uniform mold clamping, large clamping force, and large modulus. This makes mold disassembly and assembly more convenient. The movement of the mold, as well as its opening and closing, are controlled by a servo system and electronic ruler, ensuring smooth and silent operation.
The HDPE bottle blow molding machine is ideal for creating chemical packaging of various sizes, ranging from 15 to 30 liters. It can also produce jerrycans of different sizes, from 15 to 100 liters, as well as open-top barrels and other chemical packaging products.
