The HDPE/PP/PVC double-wall corrugated pipe production line is widely used for manufacturing durable, high-performance pipes. Our line incorporates numerous patented technologies to improve efficiency. For HDPE and PP materials, a high-efficiency single screw extruder is used, while for PVC, a large flat double or conical double extruder provides higher extrusion capacity. The forming machine uses a horizontal structure with shuttle drive, a sealed water-cooled system, and vacuum forming technology. This machine can also perform online double-layer flaring. The entire production line is controlled via a PLC computer system for precise and automated operation.
Our large-diameter single-wall and double-wall corrugated pipe production line is fully automated, offering stable performance and high capacity. The HDPE/PP material uses a highly efficient single screw extruder, while the PVC material uses a conical or parallel twin screw extruder. The horizontal-type corrugator features an advanced shuttle-type structure, a closed water-cooling system, and online belling. The entire production line is managed by a PLC computer system.
The mini high-speed single-wall corrugated pipe machine can produce pipes with two or three different diameters using the same mold blocks, reducing mold block and machine costs, shortening changeover times, and increasing production efficiency. Additionally, the new vertical water-cooling corrugator is designed for precise mold block positioning, making mold changes easier.

1. Double-Wall Corrugated Pipes: These pipes feature an annular structure on the outer wall and a smooth inner wall. Large-diameter double-wall corrugated pipes are used in applications such as water supply, drainage, sewage systems, exhaust systems, subway ventilation, mine ventilation, and agricultural irrigation.
2. Special Purpose Single and Double Wall Corrugated Pipes: These pipes, designed with high-temperature resistance, wear resistance, and strength, are used for electrical threading tubes, automotive threading tubes, sheath tubes, machine tool products, packaging machinery, electric locomotives, engineering installations, lamps, and automation instruments. The market demand for these pipes is substantial.
3. Ventilation System Corrugated Pipes: These corrugated pipes, specifically designed for air ventilation systems, are produced using two different types of PE material. They feature a double-wall structure with a hollow design, making them ideal for installation in ceilings and roofs. These pipes are resistant to cement, offer smooth inner layers for easy cleaning, provide soundproofing and insulation, and have low resistance.
