JWELL Machinery's JWZ-BM500/1000 Model is designed for Pallet Blow Molding Machines. It features a high plasticizing extruder, a parison controller imported from Europe, and an efficient operation system. It offers high output, low energy consumption, a high level of automation, and easy operation.
The pallets produced by our automatic pallet making machine are robust and rigid. They are designed with anti-skid points on both sides to ensure safe operation during transportation, loading, unloading, and stacking. When loaded, the pallets can be stacked flat in three layers for storage, and when empty, they can be stacked stably in multiple layers.
The blow molding pallets are characterized by their high strength, stiffness, toughness, and long service life. They also have strong bending strength. These extrusion blow molding pallets are currently the lightest in the world and can be used normally in temperatures ranging from 60℃ to -40℃. They can last for more than 5 years under normal conditions and 2 years in harsh environments. Their lifespan is 5-7 times longer than wooden pallets and 2-3 times longer than steel pallets.
