JWELL's PC plate production line offers a variety of products:
The PC endurance board is used in a wide range of applications such as gardens, unique decorations in entertainment venues, and corridors and pavilions in rest areas. It's also used in interior and exterior decorations of commercial buildings and modern urban building curtain walls. Other applications include transparent containers for aviation, front windshields for motorcycles, aircraft, trains, ships, automobiles, steamships, submarines, and glass military and police shields. It's also used in telephone booths, advertising signboards, light boxes, advertising exhibitions, and noise barriers for expressways and urban viaducts.
The PMMA Sheet Extrusion Line produces PMMA plates (also known as acrylic plates or GPPS plates). The standard PMMA plate is primarily used for advertising, decoration, craft products, specimen signs, and more. The electroplating plate is used for vacuum electroplating plastic lenses. The lighting light guide plate is used for advertising decorations such as ultra-thin light boxes, LED flat panel display lamps, and poster frames. The liquid crystal light guide plate is used for computer, TV, and other liquid crystal display components. Jwell's plate extrusion line can also process PMMA or PC diffusion plates.

To cater to market demands, Jwell Machinery China offers an advanced optical grade sheet production line. This line features a special screw, precise metering pump system, and die, all designed according to the rheology of raw materials, ensuring the melt's uniformity and stability and the sheet's excellent optical properties. The precise calendering system ensures the sheet's mechanical and physical properties. The screw of the PC optical sheet production line is designed for special mixing and high plasticizing capacity, significantly reducing crystal point generation. The hanger die features a special double section design with coarse and fine adjustments for more accurate sheet thickness adjustment. Different types of three roller calenders are chosen for plates of different materials to enhance the production process.
The PC Sheet Extrusion Line produces PC sheets primarily used in the automotive industry, electronics, electrical industry, LCD and industrial machinery parts, plated mirrors, various signs, printing, film switches, nameplates, and protective masks. It can be used in thick film blister machines for blister processing, creating various PC lampshades, PC signs, protective covers, vending machine panels, daylighting covers, and more.
PC sheets are known for their high strength, elasticity, impact resistance, and broad temperature range. They offer high transparency, dye-free coloration, low forming shrinkage, and excellent dimensional stability. They also have good fatigue and weather resistance, excellent electrical characteristics, and maintain their shape and transparency even when washed with hot water and corrosive solutions. These properties make them widely used, especially in the industrial sector.

In the construction industry, polycarbonate plates, with their excellent light transmission, impact resistance, UV radiation resistance, dimensional stability, and good forming and processing performance, offer clear technical advantages over traditional inorganic glass.
Polycarbonate products are used extensively in medical equipment like artificial kidney hemodialysis machines due to their ability to withstand steam, cleaning agents, heat, and high-dose radiation disinfection without yellowing or physical property degradation.
In aviation and aerospace, the increasing requirements for various components in aircraft and spacecraft have led to a growing use of PC materials.
In the automotive industry, polycarbonate's impact resistance, thermal distortion resistance, weather resistance, and high hardness make it suitable for producing various car and light truck parts, primarily in lighting systems, instrument panels, heating panels, defrosters, and bumpers made of polycarbonate alloy.
Due to the similar characteristics of some materials, jwell's sheet production line can produce several products of different materials with one machine. For example, the PC sheet extrusion production line provided by jwell can be used to process PMMA or PC diffusion plate, and jwell's pet sheet extrusion line can be used to produce pet and PLA packaging sheets.
