The plastic bottle recycling and cleaning line is designed to sort and process items like PET waste mineral water bottles and cola bottles. These (polyester) plastics can be washed, dehydrated, dried, and then recycled. The plastic bottle recycling and cleaning equipment is highly efficient, requiring only 3-5 operators during production. It can produce 200-1000kg per hour, and can also be customized according to user requirements.
The water content in the bottle tabs and bottle containment after cleaning is less than 1%. This not only saves energy but also ensures the quality of the bottles.
This equipment is specifically designed to process PET waste mineral water bottles and cola bottles (polyester plastics). It sorts, removes labels, breaks down (via water pulverization), cleans, dehydrates, and dries these materials for recycling and regeneration.
The inclusion of a new rinsing device significantly boosts production efficiency and ensures thorough cleaning, achieving a level of clean film. When used in conjunction with the plastic extrusion company's production equipment, the recycled bottles are comparable to new materials.
These can be directly used to produce POY filament, staple fiber, bottle blanks, PET packing straps, sheets, and other high-end products without any additional processing. The equipment can also clean ABS, PVC, and other plastics that can sink in water.
PET cleaning equipment from extrusion line mainly include: conveyor belt (or spiral machine), crusher, spiral hoist, parallel cleaning machine (friction washing machine), screw machine, rinse machine, bottle dehydrator.
Cold washing, hot washing, alkali washing.
1. Broken: Select the appropriate crusher (forced feed mill), adjust the distance from the knife and the bottom of the sieve to prevent too much.
2. Strong wash: Use equipment (screw washer) with washing and heating, and to ensure the washing time; select the appropriate cleaning agent to ensure all stubbound stains.
3. Rinse: It is best to use a rinsing device (screw rinse machine) to remove residual stains and cleaning agents;
4. Dehydration: It is preferably a cyclone dewatering machine, power saving, high dehydration rate.
