Fully Drawn Yarn, or PET/PA6/FDY, is a type of yarn that is highly oriented and has medium crystallinity. This is achieved by using a PET/PA6/FDY spinning machine to incorporate a stretching effect during the spinning process. PET/PA6/FDY is typically made from chemical fiber filaments, such as polyester and nylon.
The fabric made from FDY is soft and smooth to the touch, making it ideal for creating silk-like fabrics. It is widely used in the production of clothing and home textiles. The manufacturing process of PET/PA6/FDY yarn involves low-speed spinning, high-speed stretching, and winding, all of which are carried out on combined spinning and stretching machines. The FDY Yarn Spinning Machine, which includes a PP FDY spinning machine device, consists of several components: a Quenching Chamber, a Yarn Duct, a primary heat roller, a secondary godet roller, and an Auto-winder.
An oiling corridor is added above the machine, and the yarn guide and spindle are moved in front of the first heating godet roller by using an extension rod. This action shifts the spinning center line outward. Simultaneously, the first heat roller and the second godet roller are kept in place. The yarn wraps around these rollers about four to five times, further moving the spinning center line. After this, the tow enters the winding head, enabling the winding process to occur.

Bedding: It is also used in the creation of comforters, pillow covers, bed sheets, bed covers, mosquito nets, table cloths, and stuffing for pillows and cushions.
Home Decor: Polyester filament is used in the manufacture of sofa covers, upholstery, curtain material, window screen fabric, wall coverings, carpets, raincoats, umbrella fabric, and fabric for car interiors.
Industrial Products: It is also used in the production of sewing threads, cords, conveyor belts, canvases, geotextiles, filter fabrics, tents, nets, and ropes.
