This plastic crusher is designed to improve production efficiency compared to conventional crushers. It features a set of traction devices, two sets of pressure rollers, and air-pressure opening and closing. The linear speed reaches 30m/min, enhancing overall productivity. The main shaft is made from high-quality steel, balanced dynamically and statically. The "V"-shaped cutting technology and box water cooling system prevent material overheating and sticking in the crusher cavity. The tool rest is optimized to distribute force evenly across the claw knives, increasing the cutting efficiency of each blade. This design is especially effective for crushing thick, hard, and block materials, minimizing tool wear. Additionally, a complete aggregate suction unit and dust separation device can be provided upon request for easier operation.
Customers can choose different knife roller structures to suit their material-crushing needs, maximizing crushing capacity and quality while extending equipment lifespan.
The crusher box offers three opening and closing options: manual hinge, electric screw, and hydraulic cylinder, allowing for customer flexibility.
Knife blades are available in various materials such as Cr12MoV (D1), Cr12Mo1V (SKD11), Cr12Mo1V1 (D2), and DC53, making them suitable for different materials.
The feeding hopper, cutter, and filter are easily separable for convenient opening and cleaning.
