Belt Conveyor: The PVC belt material is supported by a carbon steel bracket, and a metal detector is integrated into the conveyor belt.
Compacting Machine: The parts in contact with raw materials are made of stainless steel, while other parts are made from carbon steel. It includes a fixed knife, a movable knife, a temperature measurement system, cooling system, and cooling fan.
Single-Screw Extruder: Features a high-torque, low-noise reduction box with an external cooling circulation system, a nitrided 38CrMoAlA1 screw, and a barrel fan cooling system, all controlled by a temperature controller.
Hydraulic Screen Changing System: Double-station, non-stop screen changing system that prevents material leakage, with a screen changing time of ≤ 2 seconds.

The system produces high-quality pellets that can be used directly in production lines for blown films, tube extrusion, and injection molding. It also processes a wide range of plastic materials, including PE, PP, PS, ABS, XPS, EPS, and PVB.
The system is equipped with durable granulators that quickly and efficiently cut plastic streams into uniform flakes or regrinds. These granulators are perfect for recycling plastic bottles, films, and small rigid plastics.
