This extruder features a specially designed screw and customizable configurations, making it ideal for the regeneration and granulation of various plastics, including PC, PET, and PMMA. The gearbox is engineered for high torque, providing low noise and smooth operation. The screw and barrel undergo special surface treatments, ensuring durability, wear resistance, superior mixing, and high yield. Additionally, the system includes vacuum or natural exhaust ports to remove moisture and waste gases during production, promoting stable discharge, denser particles, and maintaining the high quality of the final product.
