Feeding Conveyor to the Shredder
Equipped with a load-related control device to prevent overfeeding of the shredder. An optional metal detector can be added to detect metallic contaminants, protecting the shredder. The speed of the belt conveyor is adjustable via an inverter.

Drying System
Depending on the material, we offer various drying options, including a squeezer, centrifugal dryer, or pipeline dryer, based on customer requirements. For soft materials like films, we use a squeezer or centrifugal dryer, maintaining moisture levels within 5-8%. For rigid plastics, a centrifugal dryer or pipeline dryer is used, ensuring moisture content is less than 1%.
Storage Silo
A buffer silo ensures continuous operation and stable feeding for downstream extrusion pelletizing lines. The silo's special design prevents blockages, and a cyclone device at the top removes dust efficiently.
