Filament is a continuous thread made by processing natural or synthetic fibers, without undergoing a cutting process. JWELL machines use POY (Partially Oriented Yarn) as the raw material, which is then stretched and false-twisted to create DRAW TEXTURED YARN (DTY). This yarn often exhibits elasticity and contractility.
POY chemical fibers are widely used in the production of clothing and industrial products. Due to their flame-retardant properties, flame-retardant polyester has numerous applications. Beyond its essential role in industrial textiles, architectural interiors, and vehicle interiors, it is also crucial in protective clothing. Flame-retardant polyester can be further enhanced to produce multi-functional products, such as those that are flame-retardant, waterproof, oil-repellent, and anti-static, to meet specific user requirements.
1. The yarn spinning equipment uses the LTM-type pin screw and domestically made continuous melt CPF, extending the service life of the spin packs.
2. Available in both top-mounted and bottom-mounted high-pressure rectangular and cup-shaped spin packs.
3. Equipped with a unique planetary spinning pump and separate finish oil pump drive in the POY spinning machine.
4. Features an Evo and cross-quench system for even and stable airflow.
5. Utilizes individually controlled imported inverters and components.
6. New adjustment GR, with imported inverters and components.
Partially oriented yarns are created by melting and extruding polyester chips. During the POY spinning process, the filaments are stretched up to five times their original size to orient the polymer, achieving the desired uniformity, strength, shrinkage, and elongation properties. As a result, POY refers to a yarn that is only partially stretched. POY is generally less strong and less uniform than fully oriented yarns (FOY). POY is mainly used for producing textured yarns and is also used in fabric weaving and warping.
