This extrusion line is a new and advanced production system developed by our company using cutting-edge European technology. It is designed for the high-speed extrusion of PP and other polyolefin pipes. The production line boasts an aesthetically pleasing design, high automation, and stable, reliable performance.
The pipes produced by this extrusion line are widely used in various sectors, including residential areas, shopping malls, hospitals, stadiums, and rural water supply systems. They are also commonly used for radiation heating pipe systems.
1. Corrosion Resistance: PP-RT, PPR, and PERT pipes offer excellent corrosion resistance. They do not accumulate grease or scale, prevent bacterial growth, and avoid issues like clogging or yellow spots in basins and bathtubs. These pipes are ideal for drinking water and food industry pipeline systems.
2. High-Temperature Resistance: PP-R pipes have a softening temperature of 131.5°C. With the ability to transport hot water up to 95°C, they provide excellent thermal insulation. The pipes have a low thermal conductivity—approximately 1/200 of that of metal pipes—reducing heat loss during the transportation of hot water.
3. Smooth Inner Walls: PP-R pipes feature smooth inner surfaces, resulting in reduced water flow resistance and improved flow rate. The flow rate can be increased by more than 30% compared to metal pipes with similar diameters.
4. Mechanical Strength: PP-R pipes are tough, impact-resistant, and maintain their mechanical strength even in low temperatures. They are particularly suitable for high-temperature environments.
5. MPP Power Pipelines: MPP power pipes are widely used in horizontal directional drilling (non-excavation) for various projects, including municipal services, telecommunications, electricity, gas, water supply, and heating systems.
