The HDPE/PP/PVC single-wall and double-wall corrugated pipe extrusion line offered by Jwell features full automation. As a leading manufacturer of corrugated pipe machines, Jwell holds several patents for its innovative designs. Our single-wall corrugated pipe machine is built for stable operation with high capacity, ensuring efficient and reliable production. Similarly, our double-wall corrugated pipe machine produces pipes with superior structural integrity, providing enhanced strength and durability.
For HDPE/PP materials, we use a high-efficiency single-screw extruder, while for PVC materials, we employ either a conical twin-screw or parallel twin-screw extruder. The horizontal corrugator is equipped with an advanced shuttle-type structure, a closed water cooling system, and on-line belling. The entire production line is controlled by a PLC computer system.

The production line is particularly suitable for the manufacture of small-diameter single-wall corrugated pipes made from PP, PE, or PA.
