The line uses multi-extruder coextrusion technology to produce multi-layer coextrusion composite PP and PS sheets, such as ABA, abcba, abcdcba, and other multi-layer structures. These are extensively used in thermoforming, printing, hardware packaging, electronic trays, flocking, food, clothing, tools, toys, stationery films, decorative films, and more.
The PS Sheet Extrusion Line is equipped with a precision distributor, ensuring uniform layers. The proportion of each layer is adjustable, and digital control ensures accuracy.
The inclined horizontal tablet structure makes operation and maintenance more straightforward.
The roller has independent power, and its linear speed is synchronously controlled with the extruder speed.
The entire machine is controlled by a PLC for automatic control of parameter setting, data operation, feedback, alarm, and other functions.

The PP sheet, produced by the PP sheet extrusion and making machine, boasts high transparency, excellent barrier properties, low density, and is non-toxic and hygienic. It can also be recycled. Compared to other sheet materials of the same thickness, PS sheet exhibits superior hardness. Thermoformed cups made from PS sheet can be used for both hot and cold beverages.
PS sheet has low static electricity, making it suitable for packaging products that require low static electricity. It is easily vacuum molded, and the resulting products have good impact resistance.
PS sheet is easily colored, allowing for the production of materials in various colors to create vacuum covers of different hues.
