A single or twin screw extruder and mold, an embossing device, a vacuum tank, a haul-off unit as a glue roller device, an air drying device, a cutting device, a winder device, etc. make up the production line.
Good plasticization, a variety of colors, precise control, a large capacity, and low energy consumption are some of the product's features. It can take the place of PVC calendar sheet technology. The temperature control uses Japanese Omron products, while the extruder uses imported frequency inverters to regulate speed. High-quality items are used in the auxiliary machine with the haul-off unit motor and vacuum pump for easy maintenance.

PVC edge banding tape is made using a twin screw extruder PVC edge band producing equipment. A new mold is required for edge banding of varying sizes. This kind of equipment can have two, four, six, or eight cavities. The edge banding is 19 mm to 54 mm in width and 0.4 mm to 2 mm in thickness.
This kind of machine's primary functions will be a printing machine and a double screw extruder line.
PVC edge banding can be treated with two or three color printing.The surface must also be coated with UV varnish after printing.The final PVC edge banding is more high glossy or matt glossy after UV varnish.
