The PVC door panel extrusion line is capable of producing a complete PVC wood hollow door with a width ranging from 600 to 1200. The production of wood-plastic foam doors requires a high-quality door panel extrusion line. We utilize high torque twin screw extruders, enhanced screws, and other components to ensure the hardness and uniform foam of the wood-plastic internal surfaces, thereby preventing issues such as charring of the wood flour.
Wood plastic doors, produced by the door panel extrusion line, are made by blending wood with high molecular resin. These doors are created through a molding process and possess the superior qualities of both wood and plastic, achieving a realistic imitation. As the production process and raw materials do not involve the use of glue, no harmful substances such as formaldehyde, benzene, ammonia, or trichlorethylene are produced. The main raw material of the wood plastic door is PVC resin and high quality wood powder. PVC resin uses medical level, and the wood powder is provided with high-quality tree type wood powder by the professional wood industry. After grading, grinding, drying, envelope treatment, ensuring finished products meet the raw materials' quality requirements. The wood plastic door formulation is equipped with a proportion of auxiliary materials, adding stabilizers, foaming agents, modifiers, etc., and various components are mixed in a strict ratio, effectively ensuring the product quality of foaming sheets.
