The extrusion line is capable of producing a complete PVC wood hollow door with a width ranging from 600 to 1200. The production of wood-plastic foam doors requires high-quality extrusion equipment. Wood plastic doors, produced by the plastic profile extruder, are made by blending wood with high molecular resin. As the production process and raw materials do not involve the use of glue, no harmful substances such as formaldehyde, benzene, ammonia, or trichlorethylene are produced. This makes it a new, green material that can replace traditional wood.
The main raw material of the wood plastic door is PVC resin and high quality wood powder.
