PC/PMMA translucent, semi-transparent lampshades, PC-LED energy-saving lamp chimneys, fluorescent tube profiles, and more are produced using this PC pipe extrusion line. The goods are widely utilized in the décor and lighting industries. PS and engineering plastic (PC/PMMA) are the primary basic materials.
The production line has a precision cutter, haul off, calibration table, high-efficiency single screw extruder, and screw and barrel adapters. Technology developed in Japan is intended for PC/PMMA materials. The profile calibrator, which is constructed of imported steel and is processed precisely, guarantees an accurate and consistent profile size. The ball screw cutting type guarantees a cutting precision of +/-1.0mm.

It can regenerate and granulate a variety of plastics, including PP, PE, PS, ABS, PC, and others, by using a unique screw design and numerous combinations. Because of its high torque construction, the gearbox operates smoothly and with little noise. The screw and barrel are subjected to a unique surface treatment that has high yield, superior mixing effect, and wear resistance. By removing moisture and waste gas during the production process, the vacuum exhaust or natural exhaust port design may make the discharge more stable and the particles denser, guaranteeing the superior quality of the final product.
