This PVC profile extrusion line is characterized by its stable plasticization, high output, low shearing force, and long service life, offering numerous advantages during the PVC profile extrusion process.
The production line is composed of a control system, a conical twin-screw extruder or a parallel twin-screw compounding extruder, an extrusion die, a calibration unit, a haul-off unit, a film covering machine, and a stacker. The extruder is fitted with an AC variable frequency or DC speed drive and an imported temperature controller. The calibration unit's pump and the haul-off unit's reducer are from renowned brands. By simply changing the die and the screw and barrel, it can also produce foam profiles, achieving better results than a single screw extruder.

The PVC profile extrusion line can be equipped with parallel or conical twin-screw extruders, and host and traction devices, all of which come with high-performance variable frequency regulators and high-precision speed adjustment, tailored to the user's specific production needs. The temperature control utilizes precision instruments such as Japan's RKC and Omron for accurate temperature regulation. The vacuum molding table uses a water cycle-type sealed energy-saving vacuum system, equipped with a centralized water supply and quick-replacement connector, allowing for easy and convenient replacement of different molding molds.
The molding station offers a variety of sizes, including 4 meters, 6 meters, 8 meters, 13 meters, 18 meters, and more. The tractor uses a crawler tractor to ensure stability and prevent deformation during the profile extrusion process. The automatic film device ensures a glossy surface appearance of the extruded profile. The cutting device uses a synchronous tracking structure, ensuring flat products without collapse. This unit is characterized by its low energy consumption, stable performance, high speed, and efficiency. The profiles extruded with this unit are aesthetically pleasing, have strong compressive performance, good light stability, thermal stability, low dimensional change rate, and are anti-aging.
Manufacturers of PVC profile extrusion lines primarily use PVC and UPVC as raw materials to produce a wide range of products. These include various types of plastic doors and windows, protective rails, hollow boards, and decorative profiles. These products find applications in homes, building materials, outdoor landscapes, home appliances, livestock farming, automotive transportation, and many other aspects of daily life and various industries.
There are currently two types of extruders to make PVC door and window profiles. Conical twin-screw extruder and parallel twin screw extruder. Parallel double screw extruder production is high, extruders are like SJP75 / 28, SJP 93/30, SJP 110/28. According to our company's experience, we recommend that our customers use cone twin-screw extruders. It not only saves the cost of machines but also saves formulation costs. We recommend that customers use SJZ65 / 132 and SJZ55 / 110 or SJZ51 / 105 to produce windows profiles. But for manufacturing window leaf, we recommended to use JWS45 / 28, JWS65 / 28 extruder according to different capacity requirements.
