1. Extrusion part: To prevent the loss of energy and production resources, single-screw extruders or co-extruders are typically chosen for molding operations when producing profiles with small cross-section sizes, such as seals. The size of the product's section and the output requirement are the two primary considerations when selecting a single screw extruder. The section area of the profile is huge (the section size is large), and the screw diameter is larger when the extrusion yield is higher.
2. Extrusion mold: The primary component of product molding, the extrusion mold's function is to consistently and continuously convert the cylindrical melt supplied by the extruder into a well-plasticized shape that resembles the channel section and geometric size. The profile items with good performance are achieved after cooling and further procedures.
3. Cooling setting part: the cooling setting table has a stainless steel sink and a water circulation system. The cooling is a circulating water spray cooling system, and the setting table has a front and rear moving device as well as a left and right, high and low adjustment device.
4. Traction part: The traction machine is a form of frequency conversion speed regulator that continually and automatically leads out the cooled and hardened seal from the head.
5.
