The PVC Two-Cavity and Four-Cavity Plastic Pipe Extrusion Line is specifically designed for the efficient production of small-diameter pipes at high output. The dual-strand extrusion system is especially beneficial for high-output conditions, featuring independent control circuits for each strand. This allows for adjustable speeds for each pipeline, enabling the simultaneous production of pipes with different diameters.
The four-strand extrusion line is ideal for producing pipes up to 32 mm in diameter, with a unilateral pipe speed of up to 25 m/min. The system incorporates special screw and mold designs to ensure uniform material plasticization, fast production speeds, and low energy consumption. The control system is user-friendly, reducing the technical skill required from operators and maximizing workshop space efficiency.
Dual-Extrusion Options: The line features two types of twin-screw extruders, SJZ80 and SJZ65, to cater to different pipe diameters and output requirements. The dual-pipe die ensures even material distribution and fast, efficient plasticization.
Cooling System: The high-efficiency double-vacuum cooling box is independently controllable, making adjustments easy during the production process.
Dust-Free Cutting: The cutting machine is equipped with a double-station independent control system, providing quick and precise cutting lengths. Pneumatically rotating clamps eliminate the need to change clamps manually. A chamfering device is also available as an option.
