The Trunking Extrusion Line equipment is composed of a twin-screw extruder, a mold, a vacuum molding machine, a tractor, a cutter, a stacker, and a punching machine. The main machine, either the SJZ-51/105 or SJZ-65/132 conical twin-screw extruder, can perform double or quadruple extrusions. It features automatic single control double traction, double cutting machine, and double-type technology integration, allowing for flexible operation and high-efficiency production.

The Cable trunking extrusion line is primarily designed to produce PVC cable trunking of various sizes. The die mold comes in two types: one cavity and two cavities, and is paired with corresponding auxiliary machines to complete the production line.
The line uses imported brand electrical appliances, with frequency inverter regulation.
The die mold can have one, two, or four cavities.
