The field of plastic modification is constantly evolving, encompassing processes such as rubber and plastic blending, plastic alloying, filling modification, toughening modification, glass fiber reinforcement, and reactive extrusion.
These processes involve either simple physical melting blending or physical reactive extrusion of various raw materials. The question arises whether these raw materials should be premixed or fed separately.
The design of a suitable screw element combination and parameter setting is determined based on the properties of the materials and the characteristics of the process.
Engineering Plastics Pelletizing Line: This line primarily utilizes a twin screw compounding machine, which is suitable for polymer coloring, filling, and blending. It can also be used for modifying other mechanical, electrical, thermoplastic, optical, processability, and anti-environmental and anti-biological functions.
WPC Pelletizing Line: Our WPC co-rotating parallel twin screw pelletizing machine has been refined over the years to meet customer requirements. We can provide either a standard machine or a high-capacity, durable machine based on the customer's needs.
