  • Heating system: The double screw extruder machine utilizes heating devices made of cast aluminum, cast copper, and ceramic resistance, ensuring uniform heating, rapid heat-up, and precise temperature control.

It is extensively used in polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, polyester, ABS, PS, EVA blown barrels, pipes, wire series, films, strapping, injection molding, extrusion, and more. High Filler Masterbatch offers benefits such as enhancement, volume increase, cost reduction, improved heat resistance, and a low-carbon environment.

  • High Filler Masterbatch extruders can be categorized into: PP calcium carbonate filler, PE calcium carbonate filler, talc filler, and transparent filler.
