1. Screw feeder: This is the initial stage of the pelletizing machine. PVC plastic flakes and scraps are transported into the hopper via a screw; the screw connect sensor detects the material in the hopper; the screw stops when the hopper is full of flakes, and it starts up again when it is empty.
2. Extruder: A customized single screw extruder is used to melt the pre-compacted material before plasticization and degassing. The first stage extruder will thoroughly melt and plasticize the plastic scraps before the second stage extruder extrudes the plastic. Low molecular and moisture volatiles can be effectively eliminated with a double-zone vacuum degassing device, which is particularly useful for heavy printed film and materials that include some water.
3. Non-stop hydraulic screen filter changer: To lessen the frequency of replacing filtering sieves, two stages of filtering are used: fore filtering in the first extruder and fine filtering in the second extruder. Both the intended use of granules and the quality of the input material have a significant impact on the filter technology requirements.
4. Cutting pelletizing: provided with cutting blades made of robust alloy steel and speed steel for dependable performance. A small construction requires less upkeep.
