This UPVC CPVC Water Supply & Drainage Plastic Pipe Extrusion Line is designed to produce high-quality pipes for various applications, including water supply, drainage, and industrial use. Advanced Control System: The Siemens computer control system integrates and ensures closed-loop control across the entire production line. It enables easy analysis (including energy consumption display), remote diagnostics (for quick after-sales service), and equipment maintenance reminders. Advanced weight control technology minimizes material waste and keeps pipe wall thickness within narrow tolerances.
High-Quality Extrusion: The line utilizes a BM barrier kneading screw combined with a spiral slotted feeder. With a 38:1 length-to-diameter ratio, it ensures high yield and superior pipe quality. The hard alloy-coated screw and double metal barrel are built for long-term reliability, even under high-efficiency conditions.
Efficient Energy Consumption: The high-torque precision reducer and AC frequency conversion or permanent magnet servo motor provide stability and energy efficiency during continuous, high-output production.
Optimized Mold Design: High-speed molds, discs, or wet-type sleeves are used to maintain product quality while enabling rapid production speeds.
Vacuum Control for Stability: The unique inverter vacuum automatic control system ensures consistent product size, reduces noise, and enhances energy efficiency.
