The equipment's mechanical component is entirely self-made, and its quality is controllable.
Stable plasticization, high output, low sheering force, extended life service, and other benefits are features of this line. A control system, a conical or parallel twin screw extruder, an extrusion mold, a calibration device, a haul off unit, a film covering machine, and a stacker make up the manufacturing line.
The extruder has an imported temperature controller and an AC variable frequency or DC speed drive. The haul off unit's reducer and the calibration unit's pump are well-known brands. It may also create foam profiles after merely switching out the mold, screw, and barrel; the results may be superior to those of a single screw extruder.
