PE/PP Wood Plastics (WPC) is a new type of eco-friendly material created by specially processing and treating polyvinyl chloride resins and polyolefin plastics (such as straw, cotton stalks, wood powder, rice bran) with a PP/PE wood decking profile machine. This material boasts numerous advantages, including resistance to rot, deformation, fading, pests, and fire, and it doesn't crack. It can be sawed, planed, and is easy to maintain.
Not only does it possess the characteristics of natural wood, but it also offers a variety of color options as provided by WPC profile extrusion line manufacturers. The WPC decking profile extrusion and production line is widely used in the construction of railings, trails, steps, outdoor tables and chairs, flower stands, and trellises. It can also be used for indoor door panels, moldings, kitchen cabinets, trays, and other applications.

PP / PE wood plastic formula is a percentage of 45% to 60% plant fiber, 4% ~ 6% inorganic filler, 25% ~ 35% plastic resin, 2.0% ~ 3.5% lubricant, 0.3 ~ 0.6 % Light stability, 5% ~ 8% plasticizer and 2.0% ~ 6.0% coupling agent.
Wood Flooring refers WPC compounding, devolatilization, extrusion-molded articles were completed at various devices, i.e., after some raw materials are well blended formulation, made into wood particles, and then processed into extruded wood-plastic floor.
Wood plastic product processing technology generally uses a 2-step method, first use parallel twin screw extruded machine, then extruded the finished product with a conical twin-screw extruder.
